History

The roots of the family Giloy reach as far back as the 16th century, when the Huguenot family emigrated from France to Germany. Their manufacturing- related technical know-how was a definite advantage when they settled in the southwest part of Germany. In 1931 Herbert Giloy established his diamond cutting business, laying the foundation for a company now working worldwide. Today the house Giloy is one of the most prominent diamond specialists and one of the leading manufacturers of diamond jewelry in Europe.
